Description
A refreshing and filling chicken salad that combines shredded chicken, creamy Greek yogurt or mayonnaise, crunchy vegetables, and sweet grapes, perfect for any mealtime.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup purple grapes, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise), dill pickles, celery, grapes, fresh dill, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve on a bed of greens, in a sandwich, or with whole-grain crackers. Use an airtight container for storage; lasts up to three days in the refrigerator.
