Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted

  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast, sliced

  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions
