Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 1 package gnocchi
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups spinach, chopped

Instructions
- Sauté the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.

- Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, spinach, thyme, salt, and pepper.
