Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 can green chile
- 1 can corn
- 1 can canned chickpeas
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 avocado
- Tortilla chips for serving
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine chicken breast, green chile, corn, chickpeas, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and mix well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, shred the chicken in the chili.
- Serve hot, topped with avocado, tortilla chips, and cilantro.
