Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 can green chile
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can canned chickpeas
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 avocado
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine chicken breast, green chile, corn, chickpeas, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
