Deliciously sticky Hennessy chicken wings that blend sweetness and heat, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Hennessy cognac
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the Hennessy, honey, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are well coated in the sauce.
- Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and toss in any remaining sauce.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For added crunch, double the sauce and toss half with the wings before baking.
