Ingredients
- 3 cups (about 150g) bread cubes
- 2 tablespoons (28g) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (150g) chopped celery
- 1 cup (150g) chopped onions

- 1/2 teaspoon (1g) dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon (0.5g) dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon (0.5g) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (0.5g) black pepper
- 1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet.
- Toast bread cubes in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove the bread cubes from the oven and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped celery and onions to the skillet.
- Sauté the celery and onions until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the dried thyme, sage, and rosemary.
- Add salt and black pepper to the mixture.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, stirring to combine.
- Add the toasted bread cubes to the skillet.
- Gently toss the bread cubes with the vegetable mixture.
- Transfer the stuffing mixture to a baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
