Description

  • 160g low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 150g cooked chicken breast

Instructions

  1. In a 750ml bowl, combine the sliced cucumber, diced red onion, and shredded chicken.
  2. Incorporate the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into the mixture.
  3. If you desire an extra zing, consider adding lemon zest for added brightness.
