Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken strip into the eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the coated strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
