Description

Delicious and crispy homemade baked chicken tenders that are perfect for family dinners and customizable with your favorite dipping sauces.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station: Place flour on one plate, beaten eggs on another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on a third plate.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Lightly spray or drizzle olive oil over the chicken tenders.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, consider adding more seasoning to the flour and breadcrumbs. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days, or freeze for up to three months.
