Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: Place flour on one plate, beaten eggs on another, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on a third plate.
- Dip each chicken strip into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Arrange the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray or drizzle olive oil over the chicken tenders.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
