Description

Crispy and golden homemade baked chicken tenders that bring warmth and nostalgia to the dinner table.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken tender in the egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Transfer the egg-coated chicken to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.
  6. Place coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes

Let chicken sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before breading for better adherence. Use fresh chicken for best results.
