Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken tender in the egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Transfer the egg-coated chicken to the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to coat.
- Place coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
Let chicken sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before breading for better adherence. Use fresh chicken for best results.
