Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Mix until well combined for consistent flavor throughout.
  3. Form the mixture into patties of desired size.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.

Notes
