- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack on top.
- Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels to remove moisture.
- Toss the wings in a bowl with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
- Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Notes
Monitor baking time closely and check for doneness by looking for a golden brown color and a crunch sound. A meat thermometer should read 165°F internally.
