  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil and a wire rack on top.
  2. Pat the chicken wings dry using paper towels to remove moisture.
  3. Toss the wings in a bowl with baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil if desired.
  4. Arrange the coated wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
