Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and juices run clear.
