Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and juices run clear.
- During the last minute, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken.
- Remove from the grill, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve.
