Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or breasts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

- 2 sweet potatoes, diced
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
Instructions

- Place chicken, sweet potatoes, and Brussels sprouts on a sheet pan.
