Ingredients

- 1/4 cup beef mustard (60 ml)
- 1/4 cup honey (60 ml)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (1.5 g)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (0.5 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme until well mixed.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Pour the honey Dijon mixture over the chicken, coating them evenly.
- Turn the chicken breasts to ensure both sides are coated with the marinade.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and baste the chicken with the sauce from the dish.
