  • 1/4 cup honey (60 ml)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (1.5 g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (0.5 g)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried thyme until well mixed.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the honey Dijon mixture over the chicken, coating them evenly.
