Description

Delicious and simple bite-sized chicken pieces coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and olive oil in a bowl.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of olive oil.
  4. Cook the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the chicken in the skillet and cook for another minute.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
  8. Serve warm as appetizers or snacks.

Notes

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken for a few hours or overnight. Consider adding vegetables for a stir-fry style meal.
