- 2 large chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Heat a tablespoon of oil in your skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Sear the chicken breasts in the hot skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown.
