Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a touch of oil once hot.
  2. Sear the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and honey, mixing until well combined.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan with the honey garlic sauce.
  6. Reduce heat to medium-low and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is fully cooked.
