Description

A delightful dish combining tender chicken and creamy pasta with the sweet and savory flavors of honey and garlic, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  4. Add heavy cream to the same skillet, bring to a simmer, and stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, add the sliced chicken on top, and mix well. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly minced garlic. Allow chicken to marinate longer for richer taste.
