Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the marinade.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let soak for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced bell peppers and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
