Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cubed chicken breast, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey and soy sauce, mixing well to coat the chicken.
- Add the green beans to the skillet, cover, and allow to cook for another 5-7 minutes until the beans are tender.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
For best results, use freshly minced garlic and consider low-sodium soy sauce. You can add vegetables like bell peppers for more flavor.
