Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds (680 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (680 grams)
  • 3 large peaches
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) honey (60 milliliters)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lime juice (60 milliliters)
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s olive oil (30 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chipotle chili powder (15 grams)
  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s garlic powder (10 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cumin (5 grams)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 8-10 wooden skewers


Instructions

  1. Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Cut the peaches into wedges, removing the pits.
  4. In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  5. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated.
  6. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  8. Thread the marinated chicken and peach wedges alternately onto the soaked skewers.
