Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s or 30 ml)
- 2 large flatbreads or naan
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (50 g)
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (75 g)
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion (30 g)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (35 g)
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (15 g)
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream (60 ml)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Cook chicken in the skillet for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix honey and lime juice until combined.
- Toss the sliced chicken in the honey-lime mixture.
- Place flatbreads or naan on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the flatbreads.
- Spread the honey-lime chicken strips evenly over the cheese.
- Distribute cherry tomato halves, red onion slices, and black olives on top.
- Add jalapeño slices evenly across the flatbreads.
