Ingredients
- 1 lb (500g) deboned, skin-on chicken thighs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 dashes cayenne pepper
- 1 big pinch salt
- Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- Rub the minced garlic all over the chicken thighs.
- Combine honey, soy sauce, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl to make the marinade.
- Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking sheet and pour the marinade over the top.
- Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Broil the chicken for an additional minute until the skin is charred.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lime wedges.
