Description

A delicious honey lime chicken recipe featuring tender chicken thighs marinated in a sweet and tangy sauce, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) deboned, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 1 big pinch salt
  • Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lime wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. Rub the minced garlic all over the chicken thighs.
  3. Combine honey, soy sauce, lime juice, cayenne pepper, and salt in a mixing bowl to make the marinade.
  4. Transfer the chicken thighs to a baking sheet and pour the marinade over the top.
  5. Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Broil the chicken for an additional minute until the skin is charred.
