Ingredients
- 3 tbsp honey (45 ml)
- 1/4 cup whole grain mustard (60 ml)
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (30 ml)
- 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Collect all the necessary items.
- Place everything into a large, resealable plastic bag. Expel most of the air and seal the bag tightly. Knead the bag to ensure the components blend well.
- Once mixed thoroughly, reopen the bag and introduce approximately 1 1/2 pounds of beef, such as boneless cuts. Press out the air again and reseal the bag. Let the beef soak in the flavors in the refrigerator for no less than 1 hour and up to 8 hours.
