Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp honey (45 ml)
  • 1/4 cup whole grain mustard (60 ml)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice (30 ml)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil (45 ml)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Collect all the necessary items.
  2. Place everything into a large, resealable plastic bag. Expel most of the air and seal the bag tightly. Knead the bag to ensure the components blend well.
  3. Once mixed thoroughly, reopen the bag and introduce approximately 1 1/2 pounds of beef, such as boneless cuts. Press out the air again and reseal the bag. Let the beef soak in the flavors in the refrigerator for no less than 1 hour and up to 8 hours.
