Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the honey and Old Bay seasoning. Set aside.
- Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Fry the wings in batches for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the wings and drain on paper towels.
- Toss the wings in the honey and Old Bay mixture until well coated.
