Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 1 cup grilled chicken, sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced bell peppers and onion, sauté until soft.
- Stir in the sliced chicken, honey, black pepper, and salt.
- Cook until the mixture is heated through.
- Combine the chicken mixture with the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Use leftover grilled chicken for convenience and adjust honey and black pepper to taste. Cooking pasta al dente is recommended.
