Description

A quick and delicious combination of honey, black pepper, and grilled chicken with pasta for a delightful weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup grilled chicken, sliced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced bell peppers and onion, sauté until soft.
  3. Stir in the sliced chicken, honey, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Cook until the mixture is heated through.

Notes

Use leftover grilled chicken for convenience and adjust honey and black pepper to taste. Cooking pasta al dente is recommended.
