Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece Ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Rice or fried vegetables for serving
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the chicken pieces into the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté the marinated chicken until cooked through and golden brown.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve with rice or fried vegetables.
