Description

A delightful blend of spicy and sweet flavors featuring sticky salmon, rice, avocado, and fresh vegetables in a beautifully assembled bowl.

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 1 Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha (for drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix honey and sriracha together in a bowl.
  3. Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  6. Mix mayonnaise with a bit of sriracha for a creamy drizzle in a small bowl.
  7. Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice at the bottom, followed by sticky salmon bites, sliced avocado, edamame, and cucumber.
  8. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For more flavor, let the salmon marinate in the honey-sriracha mixture for 20-30 minutes before cooking. Customize with additional toppings as desired.
