Ingredients
- 4 Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 cups Rice
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 1 cup Edamame
- 1 Cucumber, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix honey and sriracha together in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Mix mayonnaise with a bit of sriracha for a creamy drizzle in a small bowl.
- Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice at the bottom, followed by sticky salmon bites, sliced avocado, edamame, and cucumber.
- Drizzle the spicy mayo over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
For more flavor, let the salmon marinate in the honey-sriracha mixture for 20-30 minutes before cooking. Customize with additional toppings as desired.
