- 1/2 tsp onion powder (2.5 ml)
- 1/8 tsp salt (0.5 ml)
- 1/8 tsp pepper (0.5 ml)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil (15 ml)

Instructions
- Set your broiler to preheat. In a small pot, blend honey, hot sauce, and crushed red pepper, and warm over medium heat for 5 minutes, then allow it to cool.

Heat oil in a cast-iron or oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Place the cheese on top of the chicken and move the skillet to the oven. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese is slightly browned. Pour the warm honey mixture over the chicken.
Notes
- Season the chicken generously with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper for enhanced flavor.
- Flatten the chicken evenly using a meat mallet to ensure even cooking.
- Monitor the chicken closely under the broiler to achieve a lightly browned cheese topping without burning.
