Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2-3 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and place the chicken breasts in, searing them until golden brown on both sides and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Drizzle hot honey over the seared chicken and let it caramelize slightly.
- Once cooked, remove from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and fresh thyme on top before serving.
