Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower Florets (use pre-chopped for convenience)
- 1 head Broccoli Florets (lightly steamed)
- 12 oz Sliced Smoked Sausage
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 medium Onion (diced)
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the diced onions until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sliced sausage, cooking until the sausage browns slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and heavy whipping cream until smooth.
- Fold in the steamed broccoli and cauliflower into the sausage mixture.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the vegetables and stir gently to combine.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish, sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
