Ingredients
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
- 1/2 cup chopped onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked pasta, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and bell peppers and onions if using. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your family dinner!
