- 4 chicken breasts
- 8 slices of prosciutto
- 8 fresh sage leaves

Instructions
- Place a sage leaf on each chicken breast and wrap each breast with a slice of prosciutto.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and keep warm.
- Add white wine to the skillet, scraping up any brown bits, and let simmer for a few minutes.
