Description

A delightful recipe combining chicken breasts, prosciutto, and sage that elevates any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup of white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place a sage leaf on each chicken breast and wrap each breast with a slice of prosciutto.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
