Description

A comforting casserole combining shredded chicken, creamy cheeses, and the kick of jalapeños, perfect for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Gather all your ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, diced jalapeños, and cooked bacon in the bowl.
  4. Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.

Notes

Let the shredded chicken cool if freshly cooked to avoid melting the cream cheese too much. Adjust jalapeños for desired spiciness.
