Ingredients
- 14 chicken wings
- 1 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 cup red onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 inch ginger root, skin removed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2-3 habanero peppers, adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon oil
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients, except for the chicken wings, in a blender or food processor.
- Blend everything until smooth, creating a thick marinade.
- Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the marinade over the wings.
- Cover the bowl tightly and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Arrange the marinated chicken wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake the wings for about 1 hour, or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
For a spicier kick, adjust the number of habanero peppers. Marinating overnight enhances the flavors.
