Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken (thighs or breasts)
- 2 tablespoons of jerk seasoning
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix the chicken with jerk seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Transfer the sautéed vegetables to the crockpot.
- Place the seasoned chicken on top and pour in the chicken broth.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
