Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup of shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Optional: honey or maple syrup for drizzling
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter-side down, in the skillet.
- Layer the cheese and blueberries on top of the bread slice.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter-side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired, cut in half, and serve warm.
