Ingredients
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
- Seal the bag (or cover the dish) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or up to overnight.
- When ready to cook, preheat your grill, stovetop skillet, or oven.
