Description

Delicious homemade junior chicken patties that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into six equal patties, ensuring they are uniform in size.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Once the oil is hot, place the patties in the pan, cooking for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the patties from the pan and allow them to rest on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Notes

For best results, chill the patties for 30 minutes before frying to help them hold their shape. You can also bake them at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
