Ingredients
- 6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning (dry mix)
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise (full-fat for keto)
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the boneless, skinless chicken thighs in a single layer in a baking dish. Generously sprinkle them with salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, combine the ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until creamy and combined.
