Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 8 ounces mushrooms (sliced, button or cremini)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Add olive oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
