Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté until tender.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed mushrooms, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and dried herbs.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
