Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme or Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and sauté until tender.
