Delicious Korean BBQ chicken skewers marinated in a rich blend of Gochujang, honey, and soy sauce, grilled to perfection for a smoky and flavorful meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Green onions, for garnish

Instructions
- Cut chicken breast into cubes and place in a bowl.
- Mix Gochujang, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers over medium heat, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred, about 10-12 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.

Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
