A quick and flavorful Korean dish featuring chicken marinated in a spicy-sweet gochujang sauce, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken pieces (thighs or breasts)
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar in a bowl.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and coat well; allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F.
- Grill or bake the chicken pieces for about 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
