Ingredients
- – 2/3 cup (160 ml) bottled or fresh lemon juice
- – 1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil
- – 1/3 cup (80 ml) water
- – 4 tsp (20 ml) dijon mustard
- – 4 tsp (20 ml) sugar
- – 2 tsp (10 ml) chicken bouillon paste
- – 2 cloves garlic
- – 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Herbs de Provence
- – 2 lbs. (900 g) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
Instructions
- Combine all components except for the chicken.
- Mix well and drizzle over the chicken breasts.
- Allow the chicken to soak in a bowl or sealed bag, flipping occasionally, for at least four hours or up to overnight.
