  • – 2/3 cup (160 ml) bottled or fresh lemon juice
  • – 1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil
  • – 1/3 cup (80 ml) water
  • – 4 tsp (20 ml) dijon mustard
  • – 4 tsp (20 ml) sugar
  • – 2 tsp (10 ml) chicken bouillon paste
  • – 2 cloves garlic
  • – 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Herbs de Provence
  • – 2 lbs. (900 g) chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
