Description

A delicious Lemon Garlic Herb Chicken that delivers a burst of flavor with minimal effort, perfect for weeknight dinners or weekend gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast strips
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the chicken strips to the marinade and coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare the grill.
  5. If baking, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. If grilling, cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
