Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning and salt.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
Notes
