Description

A quick and flavorful dish featuring chicken breasts seasoned with lemon pepper, sautéed in garlic butter, and baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with lemon pepper seasoning and salt.
  3. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

Let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving to ensure juiciness. For an extra kick, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes.
