Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, light mayonnaise, light sour cream, minced garlic, cider vinegar, and ground black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Cut the iceberg lettuce into wedges, ensuring each wedge is sturdy enough to hold toppings.
- Assemble the lettuce wedge bites by placing a wedge on a plate and topping with halved grape tomatoes and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Drizzle blue cheese dressing over the toppings, using skewers for added stability and presentation.
- Serve immediately for a refreshing appetizer.
