Ingredients
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Optional: diced tomatoes for topping
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Once done, remove the bacon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Cook until browned and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked fettuccine and bacon to the sauce. Toss everything gently to combine.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions. If desired, top with diced tomatoes for extra flavor and freshness.
